earning multiple Michelin recommendations along the way.

He’s known for translating the essence of Indian cuisine into a new dialect,

using local Taiwanese ingredients to build a culinary bridge between homeland and adopted home.

His food tells stories — stories of spice, memory, migration, and encounter.
