OUI CHEF – MAY|Chef Craig Yang × Bar Without Ximen
From lion’s head meatballs to French lamb chops — a four-hands duet of Taiwanese soul and French finesse.
The May edition of the OUI CHEF series at Bar Without Ximen features an exciting guest:
Chef @craig.yang — raised in a family of traditional Zong Pu Shi (總舖師) banquet chefs, and later refined in the kitchens of the Michelin-starred RAW.
Navigating between heritage and innovation, Craig has crafted a culinary voice uniquely his own. From braised lion’s head meatballs to delicately plated French-style lamb, every dish is a love letter to the palate.
This time, he brings his Taiwanese-French culinary aesthetic to Bar Without Ximen, where he’ll team up with our bartenders to create a flavor dialogue — a one-night-only food and cocktail experience.
