Starting this April, Bar Without Ximen kicks off a nine-month culinary collaboration journey.
Each month, we invite a distinctive chef, culinary brand, or creative team to take over our space,
pairing their signature flavors with custom cocktails from the Bar Without mixology team.
This isn’t just dinner and drinks —
It’s a curated nightlife series about style, taste, and creative expression.
